Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be in resalable condition

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Bulk or large-quantity orders

  • Food, snacks, or consumable products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue.

Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Boutique Office Supplies is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Bulk & Business Orders

Due to the nature of business and bulk purchasing, large or recurring orders may be subject to custom return terms.
Please contact us prior to placing bulk orders if you have questions about return eligibility.
